US Meta Arees International University, based in Washington, D.C., has successfully secured copyright and intellectual property protection for the professional master’s thesis of researcher Asjad Jamal Hassan Ahmed through the International Copyright Office of the U.S. Library of Congress – Interactive Rights Division.
This protection covers her research titled:
“Strategic Foresight: A New Way to Perceive Life”, which was submitted in fulfillment of the requirements for obtaining a Professional Master’s degree from the College of Business Administration at the University.
The research aims to enhance the innate human capacity for foresight, emphasizing that humans possess a frontal lobe that enables them to imagine events that have not yet occurred. Therefore, instead of avoiding uncertainty, individuals and organizations can anticipate future developments and seize significant opportunities over the next two to twenty years.
Strategic foresight is presented as a cognitive discipline adopted by the most determined, successful, and visionary leaders worldwide. The research provides a practical guide to the process of strategic foresight, suitable for both individuals and organizations globally. It also highlights key historical paradigms and their evolution across different eras, while showcasing patterns of current and emerging global trends across three interconnected horizons.
