US Meta Arees International University Participates in a Distinguished Closing Ceremony for the Technology Year Bringing Together Education and Innovation in Riyadh

In a celebratory atmosphere reflecting the future of education and digital transformation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Attaa Educational Group and Amjad Qurtuba Schools in Riyadh organized a distinguished closing ceremony for the Technology Year. The event was attended by a select group of educational leaders and professionals, with the participation of US Meta Arees International University, alongside its strategic partners: Zaad Pro Media, UCMAS Digital Solutions, and the Future Shaping Institute.
The event witnessed the presence of several education directors, teachers, and stakeholders in the educational sector, under the leadership of Mr. Fahd Al-Tuwaijri. The ceremony highlighted the most significant technological and educational achievements accomplished during the academic year, in addition to showcasing future initiatives aimed at developing the educational environment and enhancing students’ skills in technology and innovation.
During the event, Dr. Osama Ahmed Al-Mustafa, CEO of US Meta Arees International University, delivered a speech representing the university and its partners—Zaad Pro Media, UCMAS Digital Solutions, and the Future Shaping Institute—emphasizing the importance of building educational and technological partnerships that contribute to preparing a new generation equipped with the tools of the future and capable of keeping pace with rapid digital transformations.
In his speech, Dr. Osama Al-Mustafa highlighted the importance of Metaverse technologies and their role in creating a qualitative shift in the educational process. He explained that the Metaverse is no longer just a modern technological concept, but has become a comprehensive educational environment that enables students to interact directly within virtual spaces that simulate reality, thereby enhancing understanding, creativity, and exploration.
He also pointed out the current direction toward developing specialized educational curricula in Metaverse and extended reality technologies, targeting primary and middle school levels. These initiatives aim to strengthen students’ creative thinking and digital interaction skills and prepare them for a future increasingly driven by artificial intelligence and advanced technologies.
Speakers at the ceremony emphasized that integrating Metaverse concepts into school curricula in the coming years will represent a strategic step toward advancing education in the Kingdom, in alignment with Saudi Vision objectives to support innovation, digital transformation, and the development of a knowledge-based economy.
The ceremony concluded with an emphasis on the importance of continued collaboration between educational institutions, technology companies, and specialized academies to build a modern educational model that integrates knowledge and technology.
