This collaboration, titled Digital Transformation with Artificial Intelligence and the Metaverse. The memorandum was signed on July 7, 2025, by Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Ghamdi, General Manager of Zaad . International Company, and Mr. Abdulatif Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Yahya, General Manager of Golden Assets Holding Company, in the presence of Dr. Osama Al-Mustafa.
