With over 25 years of experience in broadcast media, institutional training, and strategic development, Dr. El-Mustafa stands out as one of the leading figures in the Arab world in traditional and digital media, content creation, television production, and digital transformation in the media sector.
He began his career in some of the most prominent media organizations in the Arab world, including:

He held senior leadership positions and played a key role in the establishment and management of several satellite channels in the UAE and Jordan, including:

Today, Dr. Sam El-Mustafa serves as the Dean of the College of Media and Metaverse at US Meta Arees International University, the world’s first college dedicated to Metaverse Media and emerging platforms.
