- Chair of the Research Committee at the UK’s National Centre for Excellence in the Teaching of Mathematics (NCETM), where she led national initiatives to elevate the quality of education and guided evidence-based educational grant programs.
- Lead Researcher on major projects with the UAE Ministry of Education, contributing to the development of landmark national policies, including the Gifted Education Policy, the Anti-Bullying Policy, and the Inclusive Education Strategy.
