Dr. Alwer holds a Ph.D. in Telecommunications and Network Engineering and brings over 15 years of academic and research experience. His contributions span cutting-edge research in artificial intelligence, next-generation networks (IPv6), wireless technologies, information security, and performance computing. His research has been published in peer-reviewed international journals, and he has presented at prestigious academic conferences across Europe and the Middle East.

He has held faculty positions at several Turkish and Arab universities and has taken on executive roles in both academic and technical sectors, including Chair of the Telecommunications Engineering Department at a national private university and supervisor of digital infrastructure projects in various governmental and private institutions. He is also an active member of the American Board for Training and Education.

Beyond academia, Dr. Alwer has extensive experience in professional training, having delivered more than 50 advanced training programs in AI, cybersecurity, big data, digital transformation, and smart business systems. His training collaborations include ministries, security agencies, UN organizations, and research centers across the Gulf and Africa.

Under his leadership, the College of Artificial Intelligence and Modern Technologies is dedicated to developing academic and professional programs that align with the latest advancements in AI and the metaverse. The college integrates theoretical knowledge with practical application, focusing on high-demand fields such as:
