Faculty Recruitment and Appointment Policy
- Purpose
This policy aims to ensure that all faculty members at US Meta Arees International University are selected and appointed according to strict academic and professional standards that guarantee the quality of education, research, and adherence to American academic values.

- Part-time faculty members
- Visiting lecturers
- Trainers in professional programs

- Required Qualifications
4.1 Academic Programs
Faculty members must hold:
- An academic degree higher than the level they teach
- A Doctorate for teaching doctoral programs
- At least a Master’s degree for teaching Master’s programs
- A Bachelor’s degree plus professional experience for certain applied undergraduate programs
4.2 Professional Programs
Professional trainers may be appointed provided they have:
- A minimum of five (5) years of verified practical experience
- A relevant professional qualification or specialized certificate
- Approval from the Academic Committee
- Appointment Procedures
The appointment process follows these stages:
- Submission of a formal application and curriculum vitae
- Submission of academic credentials
- Review by the Academic Committee
- An academic or professional interview
- Approval by the Academic Affairs Council
No faculty member shall be appointed without formal approval from the University.

The University reserves the right to reject or terminate contracts if false information is discovered.

Faculty members are subject to:
