In a significant step toward aligning academic innovation with practical transformation, Zaad International — the official representative of US Meta Arees International University in the Middle East — signed a strategic memorandum of understanding with Golden Assets Holding, a leader in digital transformation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
This collaboration, titled Digital Transformation with Artificial Intelligence and the Metaverse, marks a new phase in building future-ready solutions in smart education, e-governance, smart cities, and immersive technologies. It reflects a shared commitment to supporting Saudi Vision 2030 through integrated innovation, training programs, and joint development projects.
The memorandum was signed on July 7, 2025, by Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Ghamdi, General Manager of Zaad International Company, and Mr. Abdulatif Ibrahim bin Mohammed Al-Yahya, General Manager of Golden Assets Holding Company, in the presence of Dr. Osama Al-Mustafa, CEO of US Meta Arees International University, representing the university.
